Reasonably priced hotel in every way with efficient staff on reception desk. Modern design of interiors in deluxe twin room. Really nice beds and central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities. Amazing, exceptionally nice location in Brno, near centrum, and the closest tramway station. Also, far from the supermarket...

The property was romantic and pretty standard with very very nice staff on reception desk. Stunning and beautiful location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby. The room was neat and budget with a perfect view to the lake. The good bathroom was a plus.

Near to the beach volley's courts. Clean and new facilities. Good personal relationship. Nature.
Slow room service. Bed linen too thick for summer time.

The apartment (the only onein the hotel) was very roomy and the view and size of the balcony was great.
We stayed here because it was new and because of the tennis courts and pool. When we arrived, we found out that the pool was not finished and won't open until Nov. Dec. 2012. In the States, this would be consider false advertising. I was quite upset and asked why they didn't post that fact on their site instead of having pics of the pool. They said that they were working on it. They also booked our room twice so when we got there our family of 4 had to stay in two different rooms and then switch. They really need some schooling on how to run things. Though they were apologetic and offered us free bowling, I still can't believe that they booked the same room twice and their pool wasn't ready.

The hotel grounds are beautiful.
I was disappointed by the air conditioning issues. It was impossible to cool my room, even though the temperature reached an uncomfortable 27°C. The noise from a ticking relay near the bed kept me awake all night. To top it all off, I was shocked to learn that access to the spa was not included in the room rate of €245 per night.

The spa area is incomparably fine, boasting a variety of spacious saunas and outdoor whirlpools! Breakfast offered a good selection of tasty options that energize your day.
A language barrier impeded smooth communication! The room had disruptive noises , affecting my rest!

Had a lovely stay in a spacious room, and the 35 degreesC thermal saltwater pool was my favorite spot to unwind. They also have a fantastic sauna and a chill garden area for relaxing. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in our room, but it didn't ruin our experience! 😊
